Mother's Day

Mother's Day is usually hectic around our house because it falls in between two birthday's and our diabetes walk. This year was especially busy because Kylee and I  had to speak in church. This pic was a quick take at 8 am Sunday morning. Jeff is so sweet, I really don't like to get presents and prefer homemade gifts, but he cannot fathom the idea and always surprises me with something. This year it was jewelery, spa socks, coupons for foot rubs from the kids, coupons for housework from the kids, a homemade ceramic plate from Dallin, perfume, and a straight iron.  Faith gave me a gift and didn't even realize it was Mother's Day.  She gave up her Binky a week ago.  It broke after church last Sunday, she went to the trash and threw it out and said , "Bye bye Binky!"  That was easy :)  She did fuss the first few nights and I caught her trying to suck her thumb twice...but really she has done just great!  She is sucking on a piece of watermelon in this pic.
