Boudin Bakery in San Francisco has been making sourdough bread using the same starter since 1849.
Here are a few pictures I took featuring Boudin! We bought and brought home the turtle shaped sourdough, and it was delish! I am going to try and make a starter myself and see how it goes. Wish me luck!
