~ Candy Making ~

I really don't know what to call these...I originally called the post "Baking"... but no oven, then I switched to candy making ,but they are not really candy? Well what ever they are they are heavenly. I was asked to make some for a baby shower that I was unfortunately unable to attend because it was on my hubby's birthday.   It's a good thing because I would have eaten them all myself.

Oreo Truffles

for a baby shower


16 oz Oreo
8 oz cream cheese
1 bag chocolate chips
1 TLB oil

Crush cookies in blender mix in cream cheese.  Refrigerate.  Roll into balls.  Refrigerate.  Dip into melted chocolate.  Refrigerate.  There is a theme here :)
