Jeff is now the big 39! He is not so excited about it, but I am! I love birthdays! He is a big fan of Mexican food so after school and work we stayed in and I cooked for him and the family.

and homemade rice... I use any Mexican/Spanish rice packet then substitute green enchilada sauce and chicken stock for the water and tomatoes...Yummy!
And for his present we all went in on a new elliptical, here is a snip from the Costco ad where we purchased it. He was so happy! |
